MGH CONSULTING’s core areas of expertise are in: Organizational Development, Executive Development, Strategic Communications and developing or implementing Customized Training initiatives.  These core areas of expertise allow us to promote effective change during all stages of organizational growth—early stage to maturity and renewal.  A corner stone of all our work is to use strategies that promote work environments which effectively engage a diverse and vibrant workforce. For Our Corporate Clients…

Among a wide range of industries from telecom to solid waste management,  we have facilitated executive strategic planning sessions,  provided executive coaching during succession planning and prepared executives for media interviews and key presentations.  We have also supported the development of national and regional Consumer Advisory Councils to improve corporate stakeholder relations and support effective partnerships among community organizations that represent customer segments for our clients.

For National and Regional Foundations…

We have facilitated Senior Management and Board of Director strategic planning retreats and partnered with foundation staff to design, deliver or assess the effectiveness of program initiatives. Our capacity building and technical assistance efforts have focused on child welfare reform, affordable home ownership, affordable car ownership and community economic development.

For Public Agencies…

In addition to bringing organizational development and executive coaching to the public sector, we have also designed large scale training initiatives focused on team development, diversity and inclusion, customer relations, supervision, media relations, and call center effectiveness.  Using our knowledge of community outreach and media relations, we have also assisted elected officials with public involvement campaigns centered on economic revitalization efforts.

For National and Regional Nonprofits…

We have provided outsourced human resource management, strategic planning, employee development and training, and community outreach support to nonprofits.  Among these organizations we have had a focus on affordable housing, early childhood education, foster care, elder care, environmental education and arts organizations.  We have also facilitated off-site planning sessions for the senior management and Board of Directors in order to create strategic plans or to review program initiatives for key outcomes.
